Longview Lanier is a 71 Home Deed Restricted Single Family Home neighborhood. We are a Smith Douglas designed and built development. First homes were constructed in 2013. All brick front with Hardi-board siding and HOA paid lawn care for all owners. We are located on Buford Dam Road across from Habersham Marina with some views of Lake Lanier and the North Georia Mountains.

Currently $800 per year. Covers both common area AND residence yard mowing and front and back yards plus front shrubbery trimming.
Yes Longview Lanier does have restrictions. Please contact the HOA Board for details.
Yes currently they are $275.
HOA approval is generally required IN ADVANCE of making any changes to your home. Please fill out and return the Modification Application below and email to the HOA. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will review for approval within 30 days of all items needed. Note repaint and re roof same color does not need prior approval.
